The palate is medium bodied and decidedly creamy with lush flavours of fruit and spice. Torres – Infinite 2010 Tempranillo, Spain 6oz | 9 9oz | 11.5 Btl |35 Deep ruby with purple highlights and cherry, plum, red currant, and cedar aromas with a touch of spice. Its ripe dark fruit and chocolate flavours are enhanced by hints of sage, coffee and smoky oak on the mid-palate and supported by round tannins for a long, lingering finish. Fruit-forward apple, pear and citrus flavours coat the palate while oak nuances add interest and sur lie character enriches the finish. Oyster Bay - 2011 Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand Btl | 42 Zesty and aromatic with lots of lively fruit characters. A concentration of assertive passion fruit and tropical fruit flavours with an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that is always crisp, elegant and refreshing. Cantina Terlano – 2011 Pinot Grigio, Italy Btl | 52 This PG offers inviting peach, pear, cantaloupe and floral notes on the nose. The palate is medium bodied, refined, round, fresh and crisp with ripe apple and pear, and a refreshing finish. Domaine Faively – 2011 Chablis, France Btl | 65 Brilliant colour with green highlights. The nose is precise, pure, chiseled, with notes of citrus fruit. The mouth has a classic structure, crunchy and delicious, with notes of citrus fruit and minerality. The finish is very appetizing, with stony, salty minerality Rosé Malivoire – 2012 Lady Bug Rosé, Niagara, Canada 6oz | 9 9oz | 11.5 Btl | 35 The nose detects crushed raspberry, pink grapefruit, watermelon, pomegranate and maraschino cherry spiced by elements of thyme, lemon balm, honey and pine needle.
